Hello, Hello. I do not know if this is appropriate to post this here, but I thought I would let you all know about this. We currently have one bedroom open in a four bedroom row home that needs to be filled immediately. We are asking for 500$ move in fee and 300$+ u/t a month. I live right off of 5th and Washington (four blocks from South Street). Great central location near bus lines, The Italian market, tons of restaurants, super markets, and entertainment (Fluid is a short walk away). the house recently (two years) remodeled with all new appliances including a washer and dryer, 1 1/2 baths, balcony, and a unfinished basement perfect for you to practice spinning records or band practice ( we only have one neighbor and they are in a band so no noise complaints. We have a family of three cats (a mom and her son, and daughter) all fixed have always used the litter box, and get along well with others cats and dogs.
