Tue, April 29, 2008 - 9:05 PMThe best thing to do is pull a radiohead manuver. It should be all of our responsibilities to help out and post where people can donate to and why they should if they like the album. That way more money goes to the Healing Ananda Fund and cuts cost on production.
If we keep up with the pirates we can use them to help ananda

A concerted effort may rid Rapidshare (and other such sites) of live download links but you aren't likely to have any luck with the torrents.
I wonder what someone from gEm might say about this? -

Wed, May 7, 2008 - 6:18 PMis there anyway to open up a pay site for people who download via torrents? I agree with the comments, but this could actually help ananda as long as everyone here helps shepherd all the bit torrent files out there to contribute to the project.
If people are donating because of the torrents will it hurt the albums profits? is the healing ananda fund tied to the album? or are the profits independent?
What if we did a little experiment and posted positive info on the torrents comments to encourage people to donate. And when they did ask them to leave a cd donation comment on the paypal donation comment.
BTW the number of "seeders has doubled in the past 24hrs if it continues it will quadruple in another 24hrs. People aren't doing this out of malice. They just don't know. many albums gain fame through piracy. Piracy could help ananda...
anyone have any creative ways to help generate money for the album though piracy?
