  A mural wall for graf artists would be nice. Perhaps a small section where anyone can come and throw something up, but a place where artists (like oh say ...Banksy!) could come and create a huge mural that would change every couple of months. Philly is the home of the graf artist. Why wouldn't you want to have people represent?
